Can you guys hire more stylists if you can not HANDLE the demand!!!!!!! Edit= app says 30mins wait time but miraculously it jumps to 2 hours when I arrive to the store. No idea how you guys RUN a business!!! Brittney is the only reason I am still coming to this location. You will lose my business if she is leaves!

I cancelled my family photos because they messed up my oldest by claiming they knew how to do a hard part and my youngest is still crooked and cut the exact opposite of what I told the girl. My boys won't be back unless it's an emergency and even then I'd suggest Walmart first

First time at this Sport Clips. Did my reservation online and it was scheduled 86 minutes later. Arrived to the shop and waited several minutes while my stylist was ready. Felt that she was nervous cutting my hair and the cut reflected that.

Their time predictions are either not good or they take walk ins in front of you ;even when arriving 20 min before your estimated booking . My 76 min changed to 114 min . they always ask did you book online when you walk into their shops why ! i could ask , why did my wait time go from 0 to 38 min. I hate to leave a review but they do this regularly

We’ll talk about catfish this site had their barbers on the Web page and booked with my fav Britney and get there and Britney isn’t there no one is there from this store and didn’t get what I was looking for but needed a hair cut so forced to get one and always Get the vip was not even offered the vip bad management and catfishing at its best call ahead to see who you might end up with before you go

Kym, new definition of rude!! I checked in on line, based on reviews I selected her. I was next, she skipped me for a guy walking in the door. I spoke up and she said he checked in on line, I said I did too, I was ahead of him on the list. I listed to the chair small talk they were friends and she hooked him up…I asked Brittany for help, she went on break, I went from 2 min to 44 mins on the list…would not recommend!!!!!
